General conditions governing website use, enquiries, secure deposit tracking and access to Meta Security Vaults services.
Scope
This website provides general information and access to a limited secure deposit status service. A storage or custody relationship begins only after verification, acceptance, executed service documentation and any required payment.
Eligibility and verification
Services are available only to approved clients and authorized representatives who satisfy identity, authority, eligibility and compliance requirements. We may decline or suspend an application or access request where verification is incomplete or risk concerns arise.
Permitted assets
Only assets expressly permitted under the applicable service terms may be deposited. Prohibited, unlawful, hazardous, perishable or improperly documented items are not accepted. Clients remain responsible for accurate declarations and compliance with facility rules.
Access and authority
Vault and safe deposit access is appointment-based and subject to identity and authority checks. Deposit references are not proof of ownership or authority and must be kept confidential.
Custody records and tracking
Tracking information provides a general administrative status only. It is not a valuation, ownership certificate, insurance confirmation or real-time statement of physical location.
Insurance and liability
Any insurance coverage, exclusions, declared-value requirements and liability limits are governed exclusively by the executed client documentation. No website statement expands those written terms.
Website use
Users must not attempt unauthorized access, probe security controls, submit false information or misuse deposit references. Availability may be interrupted for maintenance, security or events outside reasonable control.
